ACT on Alzheimer's -- is a statewide collaboration working to raise awareness about Alzherimer's disease and related dementias. Over 88,000 Minnesotans age 65+ live with Alzherimer's disease.  The website offers a information, practice tools, and resources for professionals. For example, check out the dementia training modules.
